Name: Rachel Roth Age: 18 Fandom: DC Point In Fandom Taken From: First Life Job/Title in Fandom: Half-demon Alignment: Good/Neutral Brief History: Raven was born and raised in an alternate dimension known as Azareth. She is the daughter of a demon named Trigon and a woman native to Azareth named Arella. The spiritual leader of Azareth was Azar who then counseled Arella into raising her daughter in a manner in which she would control her emotions. It was believed that if Raven showed any sign of releasing such emotions, it would lead to the outbreak of her demon side. Eventually Raven grew detached from her mother who often neglected her, given the situation in which she was conceived. (Trigon had forced himself on her). She was renowned to have a gloomy disposition and a wry, sarcastic sense of humor. If she succumbed to her emotions, there would be repercussions and loosing control was a constant fear, something she always needed to concentrate on. Game Specific History: After a particular destructive outburst, after living eighty years in Azareth Raven was abandoned by her mother, Arella, and sent to our dimension as a child to grow and live. As fate would have it, much of her personality has grown to be the same. Growing up in a Gotham orphanage, with little memory of her true identity as a half-demon in Azareth, the young woman was renamed Rachel Roth. She has kept her abilities a secret to all around her, the only mark of her identity as a half-demon is her striking blue hair. As of late, however, while she is off in meditation, she has been suffering from visions of the past and visions of the future that disturb her greatly. She recognizes that she needs to find a mentor to control her emotions.
